We are writing to you post the sale of 2 The Brookmill to thank you and your staff for a superb service. Our house had been on the market for nearly 12 months when we were recommended to contact you by a previous customer of yours whom you acted to sell their cottage at Coley Park Farm.
Within the first month, you must have shown the property over twenty viewers and received an offer which we accepted but the buyer withdrew. A month later you found a buyer that did exchange and your service really excelled between the eventual buyer making an offer and completion. Sally Bennetts, our contact at your end, was consistently diligent in tracking progress and keeping us informed, and we were impressed with your system of communicating with all parties until the sale was successfully completed.
We understand that the buyer is extremely happy with the property so you served both parties well. Many thanks again, and we will definitely recommend you at every opportunity.

I registered with many estate agents in the area when looking for my house and, unlike so many, Kemp & Co. kept sight of my specification and did not send me details of numerous properties that did not meet my criteria. It was nice to be dealing with a professional Estate Agent when purchasing our new home they took down all the things we wanted and needed and only showed us properties that met our criteria not like some I could mention. After 3 viewings we found our new home and although it took a few months to get moved in it would have been a lot longer if Kemp & Co. had not taken the whole chain including 5 properties on board, we would probably still be waiting to move in. Sarah not only dealt with our Solicitor and Selling Agents but liaised with the whole chain and when she wasn’t in the office she would have call us and tell us who would be looking after us. We would recommend them to anyone. When we decide to move again not for a good few years yet we will not hesitate to use Kemp & Co.

Just wanted to write a note to say a big thank you to all involved in our recent house move. Whenever we called or popped into the office everyone was always polite and friendly. You kept us informed at every stage, you always returned our calls.
